surya s/o krishnan review

goutham vasudev menon's portray of the movie is excellent. the cast suits well for the movie and it is the plus point. songs are nice. especially "naalone pongindi narmada" song is a beautiful one.

story:

it starts with krishnan(father of young surya... ) ofcourse he is also surya. feeling ill and in his last stage. his wife simran wants to call on his son to inform him about his dad situation. the surya is a milatory major and is in a rescue team.hearing his dad's death he starts imagining his life with his dad..................... its a 3 hour journey of father and son relation .

the first half is all about how krishnan and simran fell in love in their college days and marry.......(actually this is told by simran to surya) (simran set very well as an calssic actress)

taking their love as inspiration surya wants to love a girl. he hardly completes his engineering and returns to home. while returning he meets sameera(a gorgeous girl in this movie) he falls in love and expresses it. but she says no. he follows her to america with the permission of his dad.... and impresses her.. when they plan to return to india sameera dies in a bomb explosion. there comes the interval.

in the second half : the story turns to different themes.... he becomes drug addict to forget sameera.. but his dad dint allow him... he is house arrested. after some days he is allowed to go to kashmir.... there he saves one 5 year boy. he gets the national bravery award. from there he joins military............................................a long second half with the story turning many directions and ends where it starts....

this movie is not for masses.... full patience is needed to watch this movie..... screenplay might have been taken care... the length might have been reduced....

especially simran tests the patience of audience saying some sanskrit dialogues in the end.

the songs and awesome....

movie is worth watching.

ullasam ga utsaham ga review

its a "karunakaran" movie.... its truly a karunakaran movie...

every frame has his flavour...

the story line is simple.. he entertians the audience in the first half...full length comedy... suman shetty and gang ....(not the hero) first half is simply a comedy treat. but the characters for sunil and venumadhav are not that much attractive.

coming to the songs.. of course every song is carefully picturised and composed...

some dialogues "saroja vaddu .. vaddu saroja.. vaddamma" has attacted the audience."dhanalakshmi.... balaji....." (the movie starts here..") small frames black and white.... but its a colorful movie...

sneha vullal.... shown as cute simple girl....(her entrance... walking on the stones on water... hero comes her way.. sees her and falls into water) its super...

the movie touches the sentiment with the dialogue "nuvvu natho lekapoyina parvaledu.... kaani nuvve levante..... " there starts the song "endukamma nannu chusi nidura marichavu....."

the climax is very brilliantly designed....naa kallalo nijam ga antha prema kanipistunda ... no no nee friend phone chesi cheppindi...." and then the couple asks for a lift.... the man who gives the lift is none other than balaji...

i rate this movie as 3.75 for 5

raksha movie review

of course not better than "phunk" but "raksha had something to talk about...

it is totally a balanced movie of evil and god and science....

the director maintians a fine balance of these three things....

the girl made a mark on her role..."preformance is excellent" "చీకటి చాల బాగుంది కదా " such dialogues makes the audience to feel the fear of raksha..

the director has taken up the story as important thing...

we expect that "raksha " is a horror movie... but its jus a fight between evil science and god

jagapathi babu makes the audience involve in the movie in his style....

kalyani has nothing to do with the movie....

i cant end my review without mentioning "pradeep Rawat" for his nice role and his performance. technical dept might have taken some care while designing his eyes....

it is surely the movie for multilex and b class audience

kotta bangaru lokam review

wow..... what a creation.... those days of intermediate revolved around me while i was watching the movie....

varun sandesh showed a matured action when compared to happy days...

heroine is simply cute.... her special dialogues "vellali kada"....

"ekkaaaada....." "eli eli paalu oolikamma..." these kind of dialogues are very cute.

the movie has very good mood mixed with back ground scores... mikky.j.mayer did his job simply well...

prakash raj and jayasudha had their own mark in this movie too bommarillu and parugu

this movie is completely a youthful enterrtainer.....
its a hit...
i give 4.5 out of 5
